Man I am having a HARD time deciding which pictures to post I just picked these 4 out of about 27 I've processed tonight. I LOVE this job. It's not even a job, it's a passion...I LOVE this passion. These pix I LOVE for their candidness. Kirsten and Rick were so easy to work with, not to mention Kirsten is a friend of mine so that made it easy too. lol. I let them be and then clicked away...these r the results:

Kaci Elizabeth

My 1st ever newborn shoot and I had so much fun that I came home with a headache from smiling, laughing, and coming up with all the poses. FUN!!!!! This lil angel is only 9 days and she is so small that her dad had to leave the hospital to buy her preemie clothes because her newborn outfits didn't fit, I was so scared to hold her but I'm so glad I did, I fell in love!!! I'm going to enjoy seeing her grow for her 1st yr. I have HUNDREDS more to look through and process but I wanted Kirsten, Rick and Grandma Marian to see!! The 2nd and 4th r my fav's!!!

Oldie but goodie

I took this photo when my son was 5 months old, so about 8 months ago. But I'm posting it now. These r my beautiful girls. Ilana (left) who is turning 10 on Jan 9th and Mariel (right) who just turned 8 on Nov 10th. I am truly blessed to have these two girls to grow by my side. They are so different from each other. Ilana is Sensitive and artistic, Mariel is too blunt (we're working on teaching her tact) and sporty. The combination leads to some interesting fights and stories for me to keep writing in their journals that I started for them when I knew I was pregnant for each of them.

Thank you God for entrusting me with the task of being their mother.

Rain rain go away

I'm not a huge fan of rain AT ALL, so this is pretty depressing, but I have to admit it leaves me with some photo ops, but THAT'S ALL! BLECK!

What's this?

It's been a LONG time since I've seen one of these. I left NY at age 22 so I guess it's been since then...we had one as a pet once in our apartment...Ah yes the inner city kids could not afford real animals so we squirrel-napped our own. His name was "Homey the squirrel" (It was when the show "in living color" was popular with Homey the Clown). We kept him for a few days I think until one day he exuded the most peculiar behavior and BIT ME. (Didn't see that one coming). Anyway it was nice to see this lil guy at Busch Gardens last week. Man it's been less than a week Chuck, miss u guys!!

The haircut part 2

And so here is E's new look...not much diff, except for that shaven look in the back...He looks so cute. He could care less though, he is always pulling his rubber band out anyway. But his dad is happy, thank God. I wasn't sure how short he wanted to go, and E's hair fits him so well I can't picture him with short hair, and I'm afraid he will lose all his cute curls.

So I finally broke down and cut baby boy's hair...well Mario decided, I just went along with it. And it didn't go too bad. He actually had fun. And since he can't stay still the barber sure had to learn some new dance moves to keep up with E. But all is well...and he still has his long hair (YAY)...but now when it's in a ponytail I don't have to hear "Aw she's so pretty"...

Photoshoot part 2

So I said my bro was in a duo singing group, what I didn't mention was that the other singer was my sister who in fact can SANG too. She wasn't able to make it to the shoot but we squeezed her in on a separate day and here r just a few from that shoot.

Had a shoot with my lil bro, and we had a BLAST! I could have stayed out all day taking pix, but the sun finally went down on us and my hunger was no longer a silent pang, but roaring, and aching.

My bro is part of a duo singing group called "Cord of Three" and when I say he can sing, I mean he can SANG!!!! C.O.T.'s mix tape CD will be dropping soon and so we took a few shots for the album cover and for any future solo projects he has. So here r a few Chuck, I know u'll like em!! Wait till u see the other 100 or so pix. lol.
