"Figher"--Christina Aguilara
I love her, the girl can sing, and so I have ALL her CD's on my Zune, the song has no significant meaning for me though.
"Imagine Me"--Kirk Franklin
I love Kirk Franklin, I grew up with him in the church and this is the type of music I sing, Soulful! It's on my Zune because I love hearing about my God every chance I get.
"Clarity"--Cross Movement
Christian Hip Hop is not what it used to be...b4 it was REALLY wack...(for lack of a better word. Now u can listen and if it wasn't for the words you'd swear u're listening to Secular music. Cross Movement is AWESOME!!!!
"Himno de ejercicio"--Cedarmont Kids (Exercise hymns)
Because I have kids, who r, for the most part, bilingual and so I like to keep them up on their language and keep em fit. lol.

I LOVE the instrumental on this one...I LOVE music.
"30 Minutes"--T.a.T.u
Russian girls...I love this song because I 1st heard it in Germany and now when I Hear it it brings me back to my days there...I miss it. It's amazing how smell and hearing can take u back to a certain moment in time. The senses r POWERFUL.
"Azucar Negra"--Celia Cruz
Queen of Salsa, need I say more? Well I will: She NEVER made junk...she ALWAYS had u dancing. She IS missed.

I caNOT stay still when this song is on, I dare you to try!
"Not like me"--Jean Grae
I LOVE undaground hip hop music...nothing like it, conscientious lyrics that leave you wanting more, and questioning your surroundings. And this female is HOT and can rival any other female in my opinion.
"High Road"--Fort Minor (The clean version)
I LOVE Linkin Park and they r brought us Fort Minor, WOAH the words that come out of their mouths...They r SICK with it!! "You're like a high school dropout; no class" LOL WHAT?! That is hot!

And that's it for me...I LOVE music, and my style is eclectic, I have MUCH alternative on here but it just didn't come up this time.

A meme (pronounced /miːm/ - like theme) comprises a unit or element of cultural ideas, symbols or practices; such units or elements transmit from one mind to another through speech, gestures, rituals, or other imitable phenomena. The etymology of the term relates to the Greek word mimema for mimic.[1] Memes act as cultural analogues to genes in that they self-replicate and respond to selective pressures.[2]

Richard Dawkins coined the word "meme" as a neologism in his book The Selfish Gene (1976) to describe how one might extend evolutionary principles to explain the spread of ideas and cultural phenomena. He gave as examples melodies, catch-phrases, and beliefs (notably religious belief), clothing/fashion, and the technology of building arches.[3]

Meme-theorists contend that memes evolve by natural selection (in a manner similar to that of biological evolution) through the processes of variation, mutation, competition, and inheritance influencing an individual entity's reproductive success. Memes spread through the behaviors that they generate in their hosts. Memes that propagate less prolifically may become extinct, while others may survive, spread, and (for better or for worse) mutate. Theorists point out that memes which replicate the most effectively spread best, and some memes may replicate effectively even when they prove detrimental to the welfare of their hosts.[4]

A field of study called memetics arose in the 1990s exploring the concepts and transmission of memes in terms of an evolutionary model. Criticism from a variety of fronts has challenged the notion that scholarship can examine memes empirically. Some commentators question the idea that one can meaningfully categorize culture in terms of discrete units.
