Mommy: Girls, why does it take you so long to get home from school?
Mariel: I wait for Ilana to come out.
Ilana: I stay behind because of the teacher.
FRIDAY:
Mario: Hey since we're out, wanna go get the girls?
Me: Sure that'll be a nice surprise for them, since we told them we MIGHT not be home when they got there, and Mariel wasn't happy about that.

.......
Mario: Is that Mariel?
Me: OMG yes it is, let's wait to see what she does...Well, well, well:

Me: WELL, look at Ilana joining her...NOW WE KNOW WHY THEY ARE LATE!!!:

Mario: They see us (*Laughter*)
Me: Oh yeah, look at their faces, they KNOW they got caught, I can't wait to hear what they have to say:

Mario: Look how fast they're moving (*Laughter*)
Me: (*Laugher*):

I cracked up man, I couldn't even be too mad because I did the same thing *DUCKING* while my mom throws a chancleta (Slipper) at me...We both had to play like we were mad though so they would know we were serious...but we were cracking up so loud in the car, thank God the windows were closed. I think a part of me was happy that they were living life to the fullest, and doing the things that kids do, but the other part of me was so exctied to catch them because they just NEVER know when we're watching and this lil incident proved just that, now I bet for the next couple of days they are going to look around for my truck to see if I'm around (I'll have to walk and hide in a bush).

They see my camera, and think it's all fun and games...

Needless to say, they r both grounded. Later on in life I will tell them all of my stories and they will think it's injustice how I held them accountable for their actions when I did the same thing, and I will look at them, laugh, and say "that's the way the cookie crumbles!!" MWUAHAHAHA.
Parenting is FUN!!!
